Theatretech were employed by CYBROC, the main contractors for this project, design by the French architectural firm Architecture Studio, to manage the specialist works and to ensure full compliance with the original specification. It is a highly impressive building in a prime location on the bay, and the standard of design and finishes is extremely high.

There is a 1,000 seat main auditorium finished largely in shaped timber, with leather seating by Poltrona Frau, and the stage lighting and audio systems are comprehensive as one would expect. The stage has a full complement of single purchase flying sets.

There is a separate flexible Studio Theatre space with retractable seating, and both auditoria are surrounded by either backstage or front of house accommodation to help isolate the spaces acoustically.
